What Services Are Covered Under The Plan?

Preventive Care (Includes oral exams, cleanings, fluoride treatment, sealants, and X-rays)

Restorative Treatment (Includes fillings, dental crowns, and root canal therapy)

Oral Surgery (Includes tooth extractions)

Sedation (Minimal and moderate sedation options when required)

To apply for the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), you must meet all four requirements.

You do not have access to private dental insurance.

Your adjusted family net income is less than $90,000

You’re a Canadian resident

04

You and your spouse or common-law-partner (if applicable) must have filed your tax returns in Canada last year.
